Welcome to Grand's Rabbitry's Show Team!! Here you will find our show hopefuls. At no time does this mean that these rabbits are not or will not be for sale, so if something catches your eye, let us know.
Grand's Rabbitry has cracked into the NMRRC Sweepstakes race. Even though we have only been showing 5-6 rabbits per show our quality has carried us to several important standings. As of December 25th, 2005, here is where we finished.
4th in Chocolates !!

Grand's Pure Country

15 GC Legs

Probably one of the youngest animals to ever have been giving a "Pure" name, and certainly the first chocolate to accomplish that feat. Pure Country has been phenomenal already at such a young age. He earned 3 GC legs before turning even 3 months old!! A WHOPPING 7 JUNIOR GC LEGS as of September 10th!! Didn't handle the cross-country trip to convention well and slipped in his class. Maybe he'll prime out for Nationals???

Grand's Pure Indulgence

9 GC Legs

Another convention entry for us. She's coming on strong in a late push for convention. The only chocolate to beat out Pure Country for BOV in a long string of wins for him since September 10th. Looks like she handled the trip to convention well, placed 2nd in her class.

Romine's Mirage
brkotter.jpg

I'm very happy to have this doe as part of the start to the broken variety here at Grand's Rabbitry. I believe this may be the sleeper pick of the bunch and we sure are glad!! She's got type, type, type!! The fur is starting to come in nicely too. Excellent pattern. To top it all off, she is a broken otter!! She is really going to help us in the work we have done with the otter variety.

Romine's Zap It

This is a nice little buck we are looking forward to showing. I'd like to thank Tricia Romine for allowing me to pick out of some of her rabbits in her recent sell-out for my start in the Broken variety. This was the one broken buck I picked out from her stock.

5 GC Legs

This buck really has come on nicely. He was a stinker in the beginning, but has really calmed down and has shown that he can compete on the show table.

Grand's WJ3

1 GC Leg

This was the culmination of several years of hard work on the otter variety. We've kept our breeding stock small during the approval process, and this was the one doe that was ready come February and being shown. She's only lost her class one time since February, and has even beat out some older otters for a BOV leg!!

Jager's Broken Black Doe
brkblack.jpg

This was our pick of the litter from AR8 and Jager's Vader. We are pleased to have this broken black doe on our show team as we really like the type and fur on this doe and know she will help us as we enter the extremely competitive broken variety.

Romine's Show Me

Another nice broken doe from the Romine house. This is a broken chocolate doe that has some really nice fur and some width. She's just about ready to start showing and yes, she does have some marking over her back, we'll see what the judges think.

Romine's Brk Black Doe

Yet another nice broken doe from the Romine Rabbitry. We are very pleased with the rabbits we were allowed to choose from Tricia and look forward to showing them and entering them into our breeding program. This little girl is out of Rock Star and a doe that is the sister to Jager's Cargo, probably the best broken buck I've ever seen.

Brother to the buck below. Both are going to convention. They are starting to mature and have placed well in their classes.

Grand's PML5

A convention hopeful, he's starting to mature and come into a new coat. Nice color and body type on this guy.
